When patrolling the streets of Bedford late at night we often come across people in an unhealthy state and it is vital to know how to react whilst waiting for an ambulance. I was most impressed by the way that HTS tailored the training to meet our specific needs, for example we concentrated on injuries that excessive alcohol consumption could cause.
 
The training was incredibly easy to follow and went along at just the right pace, no-one got bored but at the same time no-one was left behind scratching their heads. The balance between a hands on approach and written material was also spot on, whats more we were given as many opportunities as we wished when practicing CPR. I have no doubt that some of our volunteers being equiped with this training will one day lead to a life being saved. I cannot thank HTS enough".
